What's included in the platform fee?

The 15% fee covers insurance, payment processing, customer support, platform maintenance, and all operational costs. There are no additional hidden charges.

How often do I get paid?

Drivers can choose daily or weekly payouts. Fleet partners receive automated weekly payments. Business clients receive monthly invoices with NET 30 terms.

Are there any upfront costs?

No. Joining VCB Logistics is completely free for drivers and fleet partners. You only pay the platform fee when you earn money.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Drivers and fleet partners can deactivate their accounts at any time. Business contracts are typically 12 months but can be negotiated.
